이리의 땅 소개
<이리의 땅>은 로마 건국 신화를 모티브로 자연이 인간을 지배하던 과거부터, 인간이 자연을 소유하게 된 현재를 지나 복제된 홀로그램이 가득 찬 미래의 시공간까지를 응축해 그려낸 작품이다. 이 과정에서 연극은 관객에게 질문을 이끌어낸다.
"신화가 어떻게 세계를 구원했는가?
그리고 신화는 어떻게 세계를 멸망시켰는가?"
<이리의 땅>은 가부장적 신화를 모두 깨부수면서도, 동시대에 새롭게 다시 쓰는 영웅 없는 신화에 대해 이야기하고자 한다.
ABOUT < The Land of IRI >
Based on the myth of Rome's founding, < The Land of IRI> is a theater that condenses the time and space from the past, when nature dominated humans, to the present, when humans own nature, and even into the future, which is filled with cloned holograms. Throughout this journey, the play elicits questions from the audience.
"How did myths save the world, and how did myths destroy the world?"
<The Land of IRI> is about the 'myth without heroes' that breaks all existing patriarchal myths and rewrites them in the contemporary era.
